Cancellation Policy
Late / No-Show Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits go toward the cost of the service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit is required to rebook after a missed appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits may be transferred ONE time if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-shows, same-day cancellations, or repeated rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If a payment dispute is opened through Klarna or any third-party payment provider, the original deposit becomes invalid and cannot be used toward a future appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
